  • Check cooling coil for dirt & mold

  • Check inside unit for mold 

  • Check electrical wiring

  • Check blower motor

  • Check blower for dirt and mold

  • Check Filter

  • Check suction line insulation

OUTSIDE UNIT:

  • Check Freon Levels 

  • Check electric wiring 

  • Clean and Wash condenser 

  • Check condition of control wiring 

  • Check suction line for insulation 

  • Check fan motor bearings 

  • Check Oil Motor
